BRUCE PENINSULA ENVIRONMENTAL FILM FESTIVAL
Since 2007 BPEG and BPBO (Bruce Peninsula Bird Observatory have hosted an annual Environmental Film Festival on the Bruce Peninsula in cooperation with Bruce Peninsula National Park and the Centre for the Environment, University of Toronto. This on-going series, the brainchild of film festival host Dr. Stephen Scharper, offers a well-rounded group of documentaries and feature films on an environmental theme. Three screenings are presented at the excellent theatre at the Bruce Peninsula National Park’s Visitor Center and three at the Lion’s Head Anglican Church hall. Dr. Scharper introduces each film and leads optional post-screening discussions. Tasty homemade treats are available at each screening.
