Over 100 attendees were updated on the activities of the Sustainable Tourism Steering Committee, assessment of the changes implemented by Parks Canada and NBP to better manage the tourist season in 2017 and the plans for 2018. The Twenty 31 Consulting firm was introduced and discussed developing a tourism action plan, with community engagement, to attract visitors who appreciate the pristine environment, stay longer, eat local, show interest in the local culture and thus build the local economy.   Read more...
